Condolences

Condolence From: Mary Miller
Condolence: Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. Death is something that we will never get use to. In fact, God's word refer to it as an enemy as 1 Corinthians 15:26 says: as the last enemy death is brought to nothing. Yes the last enemy that God and Jesus will get rid of is death, because they love you and know the pain it brings to families. I hope these few facts bring you and your family some comfort and strength during the difficult days ahead and in your time of need.

Condolence: Barbara & family: I did not learn of Ruth's death until this morning when I talked to a friend from Paden City church. I cannot believe I missed this and am so sorry. I would have come to the funeral home. I sure loved your mom and have memories of when we were little kids and having picnics together. I am happy that i saw her about a year ago at Fairmont. Enjoyed visiting a little then. You and Mike and family are in my thoughts and prayers and again, I apologize for not being there.

Condolence: I am saddened to having received news just a moment ago of Ruth's passing. So many memories, Ruth was such an exceptional person, kind hearted and gentle. In my last visit in Morgantown at the Glenn Oaks meeting house, Ruth came up to me and we hugged and talked of some of the times gone by. Her mind was sharp; she still had that gentle charm and twinkle in her eyes. She was a beautiful lady through and through.

I remember the days growing up in Paden City, and the Band Box Cleaners. Outside of delivering newspapers, my first job was working for Bill and Ruth at the cleaners. Sweeping, taking out the trash, learning how to move furniture and clean carpets … I had learned a great deal from them, and will always be grateful for their kindness and patience. I will always cherish those memories.

My prayers go with the Price family. Though we will miss our loved ones when they depart, I know that if we remain faithful, we will meet again. 1 Thess. 4:13-5:11

Condolence From: Alan and Cathy Rich
Condolence: Max, Joe, Barb and families. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear mother. She was a wonderful lady. When she resided in Beckley, we visited her often at her home. She was so pleasant and such a fine example of a good Christian woman. We will forever remember the advise that she and your dad gave us when we were a young married couple. They loved the Lord most of all. Ruth sewed around the world. She was excellent at her trade and after she moved to Morgantown people would ask where she went. We will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers during this time and in the weeks to come. Proverbs 31:10…Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. Ruth was priceless!!!! We will miss her. Love, Alan and Cathy Rich
