The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mary Davis can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Mary and my Dad were almost the same age, and I was sure they would both be going as strong as ever when they turned 100. I am sad, personally, that they didn't, but I'm so grateful for the vitality and mental acuity they both enjoyed and shared throughout their long and meaningful lives. I am also confident that they continue to grow "in the communion of the saints," now that they free from the bonds of mortality. We grieve, not for them, but for ourselves and the painful gap in our lives without them. While we will never completely fill up that empty space, I know that in time when we look there, we will see first and mostly our happiest memories of them, In this moment, however, please know that I feel your loss.

Condolence From: Renee and Kevin/Airport Limousine Service
Condolence: Marcella, Kevin and I saw this in the paper and you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Your mom was always so sweet and we enjoyed getting to know her over the years while she was still traveling. I was just thinking about how we tracked you down with those flowers a few years ago, to take to her at home. She was sharp as a tack and we will miss her. God Bless.

Condolence: Marcella, I am so sorry for your loss! Mary was such an amazing person. One of my favorite memories was of her, at age 50, riding down Maple Ave on a unicycle. She had just bought it. Fifty seems young now but when I saw her it seemed really old. My best to all your family.
