Phillips, Devon L., 22, of New Martinsville, WV died suddenly at home after a long struggle on Saturday, March 21, 2015.

Devon was born April 3, 1992 in Ipswich, UK son of Allen (Tasha) Phillips and the late Stephanie (Weekley) Underwood.

Devon was a graduate of Magnolia High School, he loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his brother and sisters and he was an All-State Wrestler.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dave Jobes.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are his twin sister, Mikayla; brother, Jacob; two sisters, Jessica and Maci; paternal grandparents, Ralph (Velinda) Phillips, maternal grandmother, Charla Jobes and special friend, Rachal Beisel and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville where service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2015 with Pastor Darrell Mayfield officiating.

Interment to be held at the convenience of the family.
