The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of George Kirk can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Please accept my condolences at the passing of George. I am sorry I never had the chance to meet his family members and wish to let you know how sorry I am at this news.
I first met George when I worked at Conalco. We were both Electrical Shift Foremen. We quickly became friends and I soon learned I am related to his wife's side of the family. There were many work days that were difficult and he and I shared many laughs about those situations and how we handled them. I will always remember him as a good man and a fun friend. My prayers go out for you at this difficult time.
