Obituary for Kenneth Lemasters

Kenneth “Shep” “Lee” Loye Lemasters, 79, of New Martinsville, WV died Friday, November 27, 2015 at his home.

Kenneth was born June 3, 1936 in Beverlin Fork, CenterPoint, WV, son of the late Joseph Kinsey and Cora Arizona (Prunty) Lemasters

He was retired shift foreman for PPG with thirty-five years, worked on the E-crew at PPG, a U.S. Airforce veteran and a farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Mark Lemasters on November 11, 2015; four brothers, George, Glenn, Everett and U. Esten and a sister, Esta Eleanor.

Surviving are his wife of fifty years, Eleanor (Brookover) Lemasters; son, Waylon (Hannah McGinley) of Orlando, FL; two daughters, Sherry (Chris) Bachman of New Martinsville, WV and Carolyn (Robert) Gatian of Paden City, WV; four grandchildren, Joe Feeney, Bill Feeney, Carlin Wade and Katherine Poyser; eight great grandchildren, Damien, Rydge, Emma, Jae Cea, Jayden Chase, Connor, Cecilia and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville.

Funeral service will be private and at the convenience of the family, followed by interment in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Kenneth’s name, to Boys Town, 14100 Crawford St., Boys Town, NE 68010.
