Obituary for Robert Lee "Bob" Henry Sr.
Robert Lee Henry, Sr., 69, of Paden City, WV died suddenly Saturday, January 23, 2016 while at Wetzel County Hospital.
Robert was born August 22, 1946 in Paden City, WV, son of the late Earl and Mabel (Barth) Henry.
He was a retired carpenter for Paul Wissmach Glass Co, loved watching deer, collecting watches and playing golf, recently became a football fan and a member of the Agape Christian Church in Paden City.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Ronald Henry and sister, Alice McFadden.
Surviving are his wife, Helena “May” (Hess) Henry; son, Robert (Bessie) Henry, Jr. of Paden City, WV; three daughters, Wendy (Junior) Gilmore of Parkersburg, WV, Tammy (Doug) Dulaney of Mannington, WV and Pam (Bill Wallace) Stevens of Moundsville, WV; brother, Keith (Sherri) Henry of Paden City, WV; ten grandchildren, Chrissy, Tim, Ryan, Seth, Gabbrielle, Brandon, Pete, Toni, Austin and Courteney; eight great grandchildren, Adam, Mikaele, Gunner, Ryder, Hailee, Harper, Lucus and Ryder; two canine friends, Mickey and Sammie and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2-8 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2016 with Darrell Cramer officiating.
Interment to be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Robert’s name, to Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 309 N 4th Ave., Paden City, WV 26159.
