Randall “Joey” Joseph Howell, 18, of Petroleum, WV formerly of Paden City, WV died Sunday, March 27, 2016 as the result of an accident.

Joey was born October 22, 1997 in New Martinsville, WV, son of Randall Lee and Tammy Lynn (Rose) Howell both of Paden City, WV.

He was home schooled, loved fishing, hunting, playing his guitar and singing and he attended Church of Christ.

Joey was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Raymond “Sonny” Howell.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother, Adam Wayne Howell of Paden City, WV; paternal grandmother, Diane Howell and maternal grandparents, Russell and Nancy Rose all of Paden City, WV and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

Friends received 3-8 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, April 1, 2016 with Brian Price officiating.

Interment to follow in the Stender Cemetery in Paden City, WV.
