Obituary for Mae Ruth "Mary" Williams (Hill)

“Mary” Mae R. Williams, 83, of Paden City, WV died Friday, May 20, 2016 at her sister’s home.

Mary was born September 23, 1932 in Wetzel County, daughter of the late Basil E. and Auvena V. (Shreve) Hill.

She was a former caregiver for “Helping Hands” program, loved music, singing and dancing and member of the Duffy First Church of God where she served on the Kitchen Crew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, an infant, Jim Hill and Chet Hill.

Surviving are her son, Kenny Harrison of Paden City, WV; two grandchildren, Steven Wayne Harrison and Tara Mia Harrison; three sisters, Betty Bond, “Toni” Ehardt and “Jodi” Farley; three great grandchildren, Isabel, Tyler and Trevor.

Memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m., Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the Duffy First Church of God with Rev. Cathy Harman officiating.

Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery near New Martinsville, WV at the convenience of the family.
