The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: We loved Walter (and Ruth) so very much. They were truly family to us during our 10 years living in Paden City. Walter loved his church and the Lord, was very proud of his garden vegetables, his woodworking and his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
