Louella Hoskinson, 93, of Elk Fork, Tyler County, WV went home to her Lord Sunday, July 10, 2016 while at Genesis New Martinsville.

Louella was born June 29, 1923 in Middlebourne, WV, daughter of the late Arthur and Martha (Fiber) Mercer.

She was a homemaker, an avid quilter, cooking was a passion and a love for her and a member of Elk Fork Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale L. Hoskinson and sister, Winnifred Ferrell.

Surviving are her son, Ron (Vera) Hoskinson of Sardis, OH; five special nieces and nephews, Darcey Ferrell, Charles Ferrell, Lee Ferrell, Richard Ferrell and Rosetta Underwood along with three other nieces, several neighbors and friends.

Friends received 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where service will be held 11 a.m. , Thursday, July 14, 2016 with Tim Fleeman officiating.

Interment to follow in the Simpson Cemetery on Elk Fork, WV.
