Obituary for William Bryan "Bill" Fox

William “Bill” B. Fox, 85, of Paden City, WV went to be with his Lord Sunday, October 16, 2016 while at Marietta Memorial.

Bill was born July 24, 1931 in Wick, WV, son of the late Orval L. and Ruth M. (Wright) Fox.

He was a retired safety supervisor for the former Ormet Corp, a U.S. Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict, member of Wetzel Lodge #39 A.F.&A.M, Shriners, Paden City Lions Club, Sistersville Elks #333, president of Tyler Wetzel County Child Advocacy, president of the Management Club and Union Rep for many years, past Mayor and Councilman for the City of Paden City, served as a church deacon for many years and member and Elder for the Agape Christian Church in Paden City.

Surviving are his wife of sixty-four years, Susan (Gatrell) Fox; three sons, David (Lisa) Fox of Wheeling, WV, Mike Fox of New Martinsville, WV and “Billy” Fox of Paden City, WV; daughter, Barbara Fox of Paden City, WV; sister, Pam Roberts of New Martinsville, WV, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV.

Honor Guard will conduct a flag folding service at 4 p.m.

Interment at the convenience of the family.
