The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Clarence Baxter can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: CarlDeFazio
Condolence: To Rod, Judy, Mary Jo and especially the grandkids,

Clarence Baxter was one of the finest men that I have ever known. I am heartbroken knowing of his passing, but I am certain that God has a special spot in heaven for such a man. Clarence and the Baxter family was a big part of my growing up. I ate more Thanksgiving dinners with them than my own family. Oh what great times hunting and spending time with the family and especially Clarence. As time passed, and I moved on to my adult life, I was always comforted knowing that Clarence and Garnet and my mom attended church every Sunday together. I know that I am struggling for words, but Rod, you know what I am trying to say and what’s in my heart.
My God bless you all and to the grandkids, you lost a grandpa like no other. I love you guys.
