Ruth B. Lint, 92, of New Martinsville, WV died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Wetzel County Hospital.

Ruth was born January 8, 1925 in Columbus, OH, daughter of the late Burl and Margaret (Hubman) Mapes.

She was a retired employee of the City of New Martinsville, homemaker and member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Laurence Lint (2008).

Surviving are her daughter, Lucinda (Roger) Kirk; two sons, John (Margie) Lint and James (Carol) Lint; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Friends received 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017 with Pastor Sean Smith officiating.

Graveside services will be held at Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden in Columbus, OH at 1 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017.
