Obituary for William Alan Palmer

William A. Palmer, 65, of Wileyville, WV died Saturday, March 19, 2017 at Wetzel County Hospital.

William was born July 9, 1951 in Alliance, OH; son of the late Friend Andrew and Phoebe Jane (Dulaney) Palmer.

He served previously in the Army Reserve, former employee of Corning, and past member of the Paden City Eagles Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Miller and Marlene Hardy.

Surviving are his companion of thirty years, Mary Wade; daughter, Crystal Ebert of Paden City, WV; step-children; Brian Wade, Warren Wade, Nina (Matt) Fleming, Sherri (Mike) Tuttle, Terry (Tammy) Wade, Scooter (Trish) Wade, Shane Wade, Jared Wade and Jason (Mary Jo) Wade; two sisters, Twyla Krause and Sue Moore; four grandchildren, fourteen step-grandchildren, one great grandchild; eight step great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV. Service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
