Sandra “Sandy” Kay Pelletier, 67, of Paden City, WV died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 while at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Sandy was born June 18, 1949 in Sistersville, WV; daughter of the late Clarence E. and Mary Jane (Rice) Tuttle.

She was a door-greeter for Wal-Mart, guardian of her two grandchildren and a Christian by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel Pelletier and two brothers, Gary and Robert “Bob” Tuttle.

Surviving are her three children Paul Eddy of Paden City, WV, April Eddy of Middlebourne, WV and Christina (Tom) Walters of New Martinsville, WV; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received noon to 3 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, April 24, 2017.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
