The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virginia Lipscomb can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: What a blessing it was to know Virginia both at New Martinsville Church of God and in our walks past the house. We always enjoyed the talks with her. And now she has met Jesus "face to face." Our prayers go out to the family.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of her passing. Actually thought that she had passed many years ago. She was always so nice and polite. Many people shunned her and it was their loss. She was always very, very sweet and smiled and said "Hello" to me when I was growing up. She would often stop and talk to my mother when we lived on the corner on Foundry Street. I pray that she has found peace.
