Oliver Dean Kemp, 65, of Paden City, WV died Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Dean was born January 17, 1952 in Marietta, OH, son of the late Orville and Mary (Lowery) Kemp.

He was a retired electrician with I.B.E.W. No. 141, loved hunting, fishing, playing BINGO, going to church, Trap shooting, he was a facilitator for AA and member of Agape Church in Paden City, WV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jason Kemp and niece, Kelly Witschey.

Surviving are his son, Chad (Tosca) Kemp of East Palestine, OH; sister, Barbara (Dennis) Blatt of Williamstown, WV; four brothers, David (Mary) Kemp of Paden City, WV, Ted (Judy) Kemp of Murrells Inlet, SC, twin brother Dale Kemp of Slickers Falls, WV and Randy Kemp of Paden City, WV; granddaughter, Cadence and three grandsons, Ryen, Branden and Darren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 4-8 p.m., Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV where service will be held 1 p.m., Sunday, July 30, 2017 with Ron Crowe officiating.

Burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
