John Wesley Gooldin, 70, of Paden City, WV died Monday, October 30, 2017 while at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.

John was born Jun 14, 1947 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Harold R. and Alice (Kettlewell) Gooldin.

He was a retired employee of Wissmach Glass in Paden City; he loved to attend car shows and member of the Paden City Church of Christ.

He is survived by brother, Harold (Kristi) Gooldin, Jr. of Cumming, GA and sister, Pam (Mike) Collier of Wheelersburg, OH and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2017 with Brian Price officiating. Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City.

Memorial contributions may be made, in John’s name, to Reynolds Memorial Hospital – ICU, 800 Wheeling Ave., Glen Dale, WV 26038.
