Tamra “Tami” Lea Billiter, 58, of Paden City, WV passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 while at Wheeling Hospital.

Tami was born April 12, 1959 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Luther T. and Wanda (Hayes) Still.

She was the recorder for the City of Paden City, a homemaker and member of the Paden City Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the Paden City Legion Auxiliary and the Paden City Garden Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William El Still.

Surviving are her husband of forty years, Donnie Billiter; son Aaron Joshua “Josh” (Lindsey) Billiter of Paden City, WV; daughter Aimee Lea (Heath Casto) Billiter of Ripley, WV; brother, Luther T. “Tommy” Still, II of Paden City, WV; two grandchildren, Lakynn Grace-Elle Billiter and Jakob Riley Billiter and several friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City. At her request funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Tami’s name, to Paden City Band, Paden City Athletic Boosters or Paden City Flag Fund.
