Leona Fern Kelly, 82, of Paden City, WV died Monday, December 11, 2017 in Belmont, WV.

Leona was born October 4, 1935 in Shultz, WV in Pleasant County; daughter of the late Bud and Violet (Moore) Maston.

She was a homemaker, retired from the former Colin Anderson Center in St. Marys, member of Women Moose New Martinsville Lodge #2165 and T.O.P.S. #236, loved to bowl and a Baptist.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Larry Kelly; four brothers, Jerry Maston, Carl “Bill” Maston, James “Buddy” Maston and Paul Maston and sister, Phyllis Sigler.

Surviving are son, Darin (Dawn) Kelly of New Martinsville, WV; three daughters, Diane (Brian Hughes) Kelly of Manessen, PA, Terri (Danny) Tyler of Paden City, WV and Kay Kelly of Beauford, SC; brother, Charles (Sarah) Maston of Ravenswood, WV; two sisters, Betty Maston of Woodsfield, OH and Jane (Wayne Higgins) Huff of Belmont, WV; five grandchildren, Jason Tyler, Jared Jachosky, Jesse Marie Falabella, Kelly Jones and Colby Jones; seven great grandchildren, Madison, Montgomery, Vincent, Marshall, Wyatt, Autumn and Samantha and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 1-3 and 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV with Siegel Fetty officiating.

Interment to be held at the convenience of the family in Willow Island Cemetery.
