Julia “Cookie” F. Kelbaugh, 62, of New Martinsville, WV went to meet her Savior Saturday, January 27, 2018 while at OVMC in Wheeling.
Cookie was born March 4, 1955 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Bernard and Mary R. (Ullom) Lipscomb.
She was a retired school bus driver for Prince-William County School system, loved playing computer games, reading books, working and playing with children and a member of the New Martinsville Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Howard P. Myers, Virginia Lipscomb, James Lipscomb, Mary Frances Harton and Patricia Snodgrass.
Surviving are two sons, Joey (Heather) Cross of Linden, VA and Larry Cross of Parkersburg, WV; two daughters, Jeannie (Steve) Johnson of Glen Easton, WV and Misty (Todd) Elliott of St. Marys, WV; three brothers, Bernard (Ellen) Lipscomb of New Martinsville, WV, Robert (Andrea) Wright of Texas and David Lipscomb of Middlebourne, WV; three sisters, Jessie Thompson of New Martinsville, WV, Carol Quinn of Sistersville, WV and Helen (Jim) Agar of New Martinsville, WV; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 1-4 p.m., Monday, January 29, 2018 at the New Martinsville Church of God where service will be held at 4 p.m. with Pastors Mick Frye and Kim Eidel co-officiating.
