Vincent Tracy Hayes age 76 of Paden City WV peacefully passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 surrounded by his family and Pastor in Wheeling Hospital.

Tracy was born on April 25, 1941 in Paden City, WV son of the late Thomas N. and Evelyn Slider Hayes.

Tracy is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife, Deloris Sue Hayes of 56 years. He is survived by three daughters, Kim Thomas of Saint Marys WV, Kelly Shippey (Matt) of Newport News VA, Kathy Hargis (Randy) of Hayes VA, Grandchildren, Kayleigh Williams (Zach) of Vienna WV, Morgan Worstell (Seth) of Saint Mary's WV, Zachary Hargis, Chloe Hargis, Great Grandchildren, Everleigh Williams, and Eli Worstell. One Sister, Penny Pinnick (Dave) of Paden City WV, Two Brothers, Tommy Hayes (Debbie) of Sistersville WV, and Rick Hayes (Mary Etta) of Middlebourne WV, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a Sister, Donna Buck, a Brother, Stanley Hayes, and an infant brother Larry Hayes.

Tracy never met a stranger; he was a spiritually strong, Christian family member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Paden City WV. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, neighbor and friend. He retired from Ormet Aluminum Plant in Ohio after 40 years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, February 11, 2018 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Paden City WV with a dinner following service.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tracy's name to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 130 S. Fourth Ave. Paden City, WV 26159.
