Zesiger, Rita Ann (Hyer) 59, of Clarington, Ohio, died Friday-October 13, 2006 in Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, while awaiting a heart/lung transplant. Rita was born May 23, 1947 in New Martinsville, WV the daughter of the late Leroy (Buzz) and Eleanor Fry Hyer, She was a graduate of River High School in 1965; a former employee of C & P Telephone Company and First National Bank, New Martinsville and a Methodist by faith. Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Russell H. Zesiger; a son, Thomas Russell Zesiger and wife, Melissa of Beavercreek, Ohio; a step-daughter, Makala Chance at home; a sister, Rose Hyer of Hannibal, Ohio; Grandchildren, Zachary Thomas and Catherine Elizabeth of Beavercreek, Ohio. Friends received 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Monday-October 16. 2006 at the Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 South Bridge Street, New Martinsville where funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday-October 17, 2006 with Rev. Mike Shank and Rev. David Snyder officiating. Interment Clarington Cemetery, Clarington, Ohio.
