William "Fuzz" H.  Angus Sr.
Angus, William “Fuzz”, 84, of New Martinsville, WV died Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

“Fuzz” was born May 31, 1930 in New Martinsville, WV, son of the late Edward and Bertha (Barth) Angus.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia D. Moore Angus (2005); brother, Richard E. Angus and sister, Virginia “Sis” Angus Hoskins.

He was a retired pipe fitter at PPG with thirty-two years, a Christian, enjoyed fishing, hunting and living life to the fullest. A U.S. Army Veteran, lifetime member (with sixty-two years) and past Commander of American Legion Post No. 28 New Martinsville, member of 40/8, District No. 1 American Legion Chaplin and past State Vice Commander, a member of the New Martinsville Moose Lodge No. 931, Veterans of Foreign War and active member of the Blue Blazers from the Sistersville Post.

Surviving are his children, Sharon (Phil) Winfrey-Scholl of Marietta, OH, Bill (Bobbie) Angus and Marilyn (Dave) Farley both of New Martinsville, WV; two sisters, Betty Angus Moore and Ruth Ann Angus both of New Martinsville, WV; four grandchildren, Rick Miller, Suzanna (Jody) Miller, Miranda (Thomas) Trader and Billy (Bethany) Angus; twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and his four legged buddies, Dutchess, Bo and Blackie.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville where service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, August 23, 2014.

Interment to follow in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville.

The Honor Guard will conduct full military services.
