Delbert Dean "Dino"  Ebbert
Ebbert, Delbert Dean “Dino”, 87, of New Martinsville, WV died Saturday, November 22, 2014 at his home.

Dean was born November 23, 1926 in West, Wetzel County, WV son of the late Elmer F. and Jayne M. Postlethwait Ebert.

He was a retired conductor for CSX railroad, a US Army veteran serving in WWII, member of Fur, Fin & Feather Club, electricians union, United Transportation Union and Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Dorothy Goddard, two brothers, Lane Ebert and an infant; son-in-law, Gary Wright; brother-in-laws, Clarence Hammel, Chuck Walton and Raymond Stoneking.

Surviving are his wife of sixty-five years, Mildred Ebbert; son, Lloyd Dean (Dr. Jana) Ebbert of Lebanon, PA; daughter, Deanna Lou Wright of Lexington, KY; brother, Kenneth (Linda) Ebert of New Martinsville, WV; three sisters, Lucille Stoneking of Paden City, WV, Alice Hammel of New Martinsville, WV and Nelda Walton of Paden City, WV; four grandchildren, Christie Wright, Micah Wright, Rebecca (Dewayne) Campbell and Wesley Aaron Ebbert; five great grandchildren, Victoria, Olivia, Aubrianna, Isabella and Christopher and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, WV where service will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2014 with Dewayne Campbell and Hospice Chaplin Thomas Mathes co-officiating.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens.

Honor Guard will conduct graveside services.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Dean’s name, to Amedisys Hospice, 1351 Warwood Ave Suite A, Wheeling, WV 26003.
