Anna Lea Rose, of Pittsburgh, PA formerly of Wheeling, WV died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Country Meadows Nursing Center in Bridgeville, PA.

Anna Lea was born in Pine Grove, WV, daughter of the late Virgil and Blanche (Fisher) Davis.

She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Mason Rose, Jr. (1972); son Lemoyne Rose (2005); son-in-law, Mike Martin; brothers, Lewis Davis, Jack Davis and Claude Davis and two sisters, Alma Shuman and Irene Davis.

Surviving are her daughter, Renee Martin of Pittsburgh, PA; daughter-in-law, Janet Rose of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Wanda Eddy of Wheeling, WV and Shirley Shockey of Winchester, VA; three grandchildren, Jason (Dana) Martin, Jeffrey (Amy) Martin and Ashley (Tim) Jarvis; four great grandchildren, Blake and Austin Martin and Lilli and Kaylee Jarvis.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2016.

Interment to follow in Shinnston Memorial Cemetery in Shinnston, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Anna Lea’s name, to Alzheimer Association WV Chapter, 1601 Second Ave, Charleston, WV 25387.
