Obituary for Warren E. Richeson

Warren E. Richeson, 79, an influential and loving husband to his previously deceased wife Barbara and father to five children, passed away on November 27, 2016 at his home (Generations Care Facility) in Gilbert, AZ after battling Parkinson's Disease.

He was a considerate and compassionate man to his family, including grandchildren throughout the US. He lived a selfless life throughout a successful career in simulation engineering, mostly with the US Dept of Defense and the corporate defense industries. His children benefited from his consistent and loving counsel that allowed them to grow into self-directed and motivated adults that resulted in a balance that was a testament to Warren and Barbara as parents and even more importantly to their Savior, Jesus Christ.

Warren, like Barbara, was born in Paden City, West Virginia to James "Bo" and Eulalia Briggs Richeson. He and Barbara were high school sweethearts and were married in 1961. In addition to his aforementioned parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his twin sister, Wanda Barton. He is survived by his children, Randy Richeson, Spartanburg, SC; Richele Richeson Ames, Gilbert, AZ; Elisa Richeson Palich, Gilbert; Eric Richeson, Cross City, FL; and Beth Richeson Dlabik, Mesa, AZ.

Friends received 4-6 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Paden Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Alzheimer’s Association, Desert Southwest Chapter, 1028 McDowell Rd., Phoenix AZ 85006.
