Obituary for Joyce Lynn Postlethwait (VanCamp)

Joyce Lynn Postlethwait, 78, of Paden City, WV died Monday, May 1, 2017 while at Ohio Valley Medical Center.

Joyce was born Jun `15, 1938 in Middlebourne, WV; daughter of the late Paul and Gaynelle (Smittle) VanCamp.

She was a homemaker and member of the First Christian Church in Paden City.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Postlethwait, three infant sisters and one infant brother.

Surviving are two sons, Bobby (Susan) Postlethwait of Paden City, WV and Jeff Postlethwait of Sistersville, WV; two daughters, Debbie (Brent) Croasmun of Paden City, WV and Tammy (Danny) Keys of Sistersville, WV; three brothers, David (Brenda) VanCamp of Sardis, OH, Hayden (Vicki) VanCamp of FL and Danny (Sherry) VanCamp of Sardis, OH; four sisters, Nannette (Bill) Wichterman, Linda Johnson, Paula (John) Figel and Samantha (Randy) Miller all of Sardis, OH: eleven grandchildren, Sabrina, Robby, Kyle, Chris, Mike, Kayla, Jessie, Lexie, Niko, Anya and Ashley and five great granddaughters and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

At Joyce’s request services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Interment in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Joyce’s name, to the Paden City Flag Fund, P.O. Box 223, Paden City, WV 26159.
