Phillip “Phil” Michael Richmond, 60, of Steubenville, OH formerly of Paden City, died Friday, May 12, 2017 at Allegheny General in Pittsburgh.

Phil was born April 5, 1957 in New Martinsville, WV; son of James and Loretta (Eddy) Richmond.

He was a truck driver for Turnkey, Inc., support member of the Paden City Volunteer Fire Co. No. 4, liked racing, cars and demolition derbies and he loved his family.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are his wife of thirty years, Wendy (Love) Richmond; son, Tyler Richmond of Steubenville, OH; brother, Eric (Anna) Richmond of Paden City, WV and several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.

Friends received 2-8 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, where service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2017 with Rev. Deacon Mr. Rod Fagert officiating.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens.

Family is asking memorial contributions be given, in Phil’s name, to help with funeral cost to Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 309 N 4th Ave., Paden City, WV 26159.
