Sandra “Sandy” R. Loy, 72, of New Martinsville, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 while at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Sandy was born September 29, 1945 in Glen Dale, WV; daughter of the late Stanley H. and Wilda L. (Rice) Pyles, Sr.

She was a homemaker, a huge Elvis Presley Collector and member of First Baptist Church in Paden City.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Nathan Rexroad; brother, Larry Pyles and infant sister, Mary Pyles.

Surviving are her husband of fifty years, Kent Loy; two daughters, Kimberly (Bernard) Klug of Proctor, WV and Kellie (Jeff) Rexroad of Paden City, WV; three brothers, Stanley Pyles, Jr. of New Martinsville, WV, Benjamin (Sharon) Pyles of Topeka, KS and Thomas Pyles of Warrenton, VA; two sisters, Devona Clark of Moundsville, WV and Billie Jo (Roger) Magers of Chantilly, VA; three grandchildren, Allison Klug, Lydia Klug and Matthew Rexroad and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 1-5 p.m., Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2017 with Pastor Jonathan Mast officiating.

Interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Sandy’s name, to the New Martinsville Public Library, 160 Washington St., New Martinsville, WV 26155.
