Hilda E. Bowen, 102, of Paden City, WV went to meet her Savior on Friday, January 5, 2018 while at Reynolds Memorial Hospital.

Hilda was born at house where she resided on December 25, 1915 in Paden City; she was the daughter of the late Fred and Frances (Billiter) Bowen.

She was a secretary for the Paden City Senior Citizens Group, loved growing flowers of all kinds, teaching Sunday school and singing in the choir and member of Paden City Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, five brothers and five nephews.

She is survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.

Friends received 3-7 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018 with Pastor Scott Mapes officiating.

Burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
