Michelle Lenise Ferroni, 65, of Paden City passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 8, 2018 at her home.

Michelle was born May 13, 1952 in Clarksburg, WV; daughter of the late Rex and Mildred (Burns) Bates.

She was a retired Pharmacy Tech for Rite Aid, she enjoyed crafting, painting, writing, photographing and shopping, her love was for horses and a member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Hellebusch.

Surviving are her husband of four years, Giorgio Ferroni; two daughters, Heather Savant of Louisa, VA and Laurel (Dana Paul) Happe of Orange, VA; brother, Richard (Gerda) Lewis of Lexington Park, MD; sister, Mildred Lynn Donavon of Lexington Park, MD; eight grandchildren, Alexander Thomas, Zachary, Andrew, Alexander Paul, Skyler, Isaiah, Hannah and Judith and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends locally and abroad.

At her request there will be no services. A celebration of life will be announced by the family in the spring.
