Obituary for Krista Rachelle Stewart

Krista Rachelle Stewart, 29, of New Martinsville, WV died at her home on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

Krista was born November 11, 1988 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Kenneth Stewart and Debbie Duke.

She was a homemaker that loved listening to music, coloring, making jewelry, playing with children and drawing. Krista attended the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ when she was younger.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Karen Duke and an aunt Tammy Duke.

Surviving are her five children, Karissa Murphy, Kenneth Ray Stewart, Kassidy Stewart, Kenzie Stewart and Kaiser Stewart; two brothers, Mitchell (Kayla) Stewart, Maverick Stewart and sister, Miranda Stewart all of Sistersville, WV; paternal grandparents, William and Nancy Stewart of Sistersville, WV; maternal grandfather, Clifford Duke of Paden City, WV; uncle Richard Stewart of St. Marys, WV; aunt Barbara (Pat) Ferrebee of Paden City, WV and fiancée, Jeremiah Ferrell of New Martinsville, WV and several great aunts, great uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, where service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, May 20, 2018 with Pastor Jonathan Mast officiating.

Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in St. Marys will be at the convenience of the family.

The family is asking for help with the funeral cost make memorial contributions, in Krista’s name, to Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 309 N 4th Ave., Paden City, WV 26159.
