Francis “Hoop” Edward Taylor, 65, of Paden City, formerly of New Martinsville, WV died Sunday, September 16, 2018 in Atlanta, GA.

He was born September 15, 1953 in New Martinsville, WV, son of the late Francis Lee and Alta Lavern (White) Taylor.

Hoop lived a fulfilling life as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of thirty-nine years, Cindy (Fluharty) Taylor; his children Amber Dawn Taylor and Jonathan Edward (Kyli Ann) Taylor as well as his grandchildren, McKenzie Erin-Marie Taylor and Maverick Jet Taylor; three aunts, Vilda Dennis, Loretta Williams and Shelia White; two nieces, Missy and Barbara Jean and nephew, Jeffery. His love for life, his family and fun will be greatly missed by all. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Dale Lee Taylor. His spirit will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with.
