Charla was born August 3, 1947 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Charles Johnson and Betty (Howell) Johnson-Klug.
Charla was a truly genuine and one of a kind woman. She bore a heart of gold and it blazed with a feisty fire that matched her signature red hair.
