Obituary for Larry Herbert Mall
Larry H. Mall, 86, of New Martinsville, WV died Tuesday, September 24, 2019 after a lengthy stay at WV Veterans Nursing Facility in Clarksburg, WV.
Larry was born January 13, 1933 in New Martinsville, WV; son of the late Larry and Lola (Headley) Mall.
He was retired crane man and safety chairman for the former Ormet Corp., a veteran for the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict; member of New Martinsville Moose Lodge #931, loved camping on Middle Isle and member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Pursey Mall; sister, Nancy Haught and her husband Gayle.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-eight years, Verna Fay (Ebeling) Mall; three daughters, Lori Ellen (Michael) Hall of Marietta, OH, Mindy Fay (Stan) Mall of Pickens, WV and Kim Ilene Mall-Fruner of New Martinsville, WV; sister, Angie Sellers of New Martinsville, WV; four grandsons, Ryan Hall, Derek Fruner, Dylan Fruner and Jake Fruner and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 4-8 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 27, 2019.
Rosary service will be held 7:45 p.m.
Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park with the Honor Guard conducting military rites.
