Obituary for Carolyn Ruth Gatian (Lemasters)
Carolyn Ruth Gatian, 48, of Paden City, WV met with her Savior on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 while doing what she loved.
Carolyn was born May 11, 1971 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Eleanor R. (Brookover) Lemasters.
She was a Franchise Trainer for Dominos, a member and officer of New Martinsville Moose Chapter 2165, she enjoyed GEO Cache, Goodwill shopping, traveling, laying on the beach, attending WVU games with her husband Robert and spending time with her grandchildren and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Sistersville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Lemasters and step-son, Robert Gatian, II.
Surviving are her husband of eight years, Robert Gatian; son, Nathaniel (Jessica Henderson) Gatian of Paden City, WV; four daughters, Katherine (Craig) Poyser, Carlin (Justin) Wade both of New Martinsville, WV, Aimee Gatian of Paden City, WV and Shelby Gatian of Florida; brother, Waylon (Hannah) Lemasters of Kissimmee, FL; sister, Sherry (Chris) Bachman of New Martinsville, WV; ten grandchildren, Damien, Rydge, Lyla, Emma, JaeCea, Jayden, Chase, Easton, Connor and Cecelia and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received noon-8 p.m., Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, October 28, 2019 with Rev. Colleen Griffith officiating. Burial to follow in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville.
