Obituary for Paul William Shank
Paul William Shank transitioned into heaven Thursday, November 21, 2019, peacefully at home surrounded by family in New Martinsviile. Paul was born August 29, 1934 in Marshall County. Son of the late Boyd F and Virginia E Shank. Preceded in death by one sister , Naomi, and two brothers, Howard and Sam. Survived by his wife of sixty three years, Gertrude (Liniger), Sister Sue Conner (Clyde), M. Ruth Conner (Paul), Sister Marilyn Carney, brothers David (Donna), James N, four sons Paul W (Bill)(Beth). Jeffery, Rick, ,Mike (Cheryl) eight grand children, two great grand sons and several nieces and nephews.
Paul was a member of Lighthouse community church, veteran of the US Army and Retired from Matlack tank lines.

A memorial service will be held at Lighthouse Community Church in New Martinsville Saturday November 23 at 3 pm with his son Michael officiating. A private grave side service will be held at the convenience of the family.
