Shirley Emma Kiggans, 78, of Paden City, WV meet her Savior on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 while at Wheeling Continuous Care.

Shirley was born February 6, 1941 in Hundred, WV; daughter of the late Ralph and Georgia (Sine) Huston.
She was a retired cafeteria worker at Mobay, retired bus driver for the Northern Panhandle Head Start program, graduate of Hundred High School Class of 1958, loved her grandsons and grand dogs, enjoyed WVU sports, playing BINGO, and an avid weather watcher. She was a member of New Martinsville United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she lost the love of her life, Terry Kiggans on July 4, 2019; brother, Ronald Huston and special canine Mickey.
Surviving are her three children, Tammy (Greg) Bowman of Greenburg, PA, Tracy (Dan) Mason of New Martinsville, WV and Scot (Debbie) Kiggans of Fort Mill, SC; brother, Paul (Pat) Huston of Hundred, WV; two grandsons, Zach Bowman and Shane Mason and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 10 a.m. until time of service at noon, Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville. Burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
