Obituary for Regina Diane Robinson
Regina D. Robinson, 64, of New Martinsville, WV left this world on Thursday, February 6, 2020 while at Ruby Memorial.
Regina was born September 18, 1955 in Charleston, WV; daughter of Gene and Essie (Melton) Helmic.
After graduating from John Marshall High School in 1973, Regina went on to become a Registered Nurse in 1983. In 1991 she received her BSN from WVU having graduated Magna Cum Laude. Currently employed by Wetzel County Hospital and a large supporter for Relay for Life. Absolutely loved her grandchildren and she attended the Baptist church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Robinson.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her two sons, Eric (Barb) Conner of New Martinsville, WV, Scott (Ashley) Conner of Gary, SD; three grandchildren, Dylan and Bella Conner and Jacobi Conner; two sisters, Teresa Peck of New Martinsville, WV and Cathy (Jim) Jordan of Albuquerque, NM; two brothers, Jim (Billie Jo) Helmic of New Martinsville, WV and Robert (Deb) Helmic of Shalimar, FL and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Friends received noon until time of service at 3 p.m., Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV. A Nightingale service will be conducted as part of the funeral.
