Obituary for Sandra June "Sandy" Ritz (Mullett)
Sandra “Sandy” J. Ritz, 70, of New Martinsville, WV died Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at her home.
Sandy was born November 19, 1949 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of the late Glen E. and Esther Beryl (Davis) Mullett.
She was a retired bus operator for Wetzel County Schools with twenty-seven years of service, graduate of Magnolia Class of 1967, loved playing with her grandchildren and working in her yard. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dick Mullett; brother-in-law, Dr. Terry Tallman.
Surviving are her husband, Larry Ritz; two sons, R. Aaron Ritz and Todd (Mary) Ritz both of New Martinsville, WV; daughter, Rebecca Ritz of New Martinsville, WV; two brothers, Michael “Mick” Mullett and Glenn “Herk” Mullett both of New Martinsville, WV; sister, Glenda Tallman of New Martinsville, WV; five grandchildren, Preston, Kyle, Todd Gavin, Brianna and Khloe; sister-in-law, Becky Mullett and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV.
Family prefers memorial contributions, in Sandy’s name, to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or charity of donor’s choice.
