Gary Dean Burnside, 62, of Sistersville, WV formerly of Paden City, WV went to meet his Savior on Sunday, June 21, 2020 while at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, WV.

Gary was born September 17, 1957 in New Martinsville, WV; son of the late Ronald E. Burnside, Sr. and Mona Mae (Powell) Gilbert.

He was a retired truck driver with twenty-three years of service, U.S. Army veteran, member of the Paden City Eagles Aerie # 2281 and Sistersville VFW Post 6327 and member of the Paden City Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are Rebecca Burnside his wife of twenty-nine years and friend; two brothers, Ronald (Darlene) Burnside, Jr. of Great Falls, MT and John (Rita) Burnside of Terra Alta, WV; three sisters, Lenora Bouscher of New Martinsville, WV, Debra Wyke of Hanahan, SC and Carol (Donnie) Schmidt of Paden City, WV and several nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren and cousins.

Friends received 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2020 with Pastor Shane Hostutler officiating.

Burial to follow in Walker Cemetery in New Martinsville, WV.
