Obituary for Frank Andrew Toman
Frank Andrew Toman of Paden City went to heaven on October 9, 2020. He was born on Sept. 24, 1938 to Frank and Josie Toman.
Frank attended Wheeling Catholic Central High School and retired from Ormet.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Judy Sandrick Toman; 3 sons and their spouses, Michael and Lisa Toman, John and Marcia Toman, Edward and Michelle Toman; 1 daughter and her spouse Rebecca and Michael Winters; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons and 1 sister, Jo Ann Bonenberger of Wheeling.
In keeping with Frank’s wishes, his body was donated to the WVU School of Medicine through the Human Gift Registry.
There will be no public services. Donations in Frank’s name can be made to any local food bank or to Journey Hospice 314 S. Wells St. Sistersville, WV.
