Jay Scott Smith 2/27/73---11/6/2020 Resided at Genesis Health Center, New Martinsville, WV. Died Friday 11/6/20 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, due to complications from COVID-19.
He was the Son of Janice (Kiger) Poe, of New Martinsville, WV. Jay had many complicated medical issues and is finally at Peace.
Due to Jay's wishes there will be no service.
