Obituary for Charles Scott Loy
Charles Scott Loy, 65, of Paden City, WV died Sunday, February 28, 2021 at his home while surrounded by his family.
Scott was born April 13, 1955 in New Martinsville, WV; son of the late Cecil H. and Jacquelan G. (Sellers) Loy.
He was a retired chemical worker for Covestro. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and wood working.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Loy and brother, Paul “Nick” Nicholas Loy.
Surviving are his wife of forty-seven years, Becci (Edgell) Loy; two daughters, Whitney Loy of Ashburn, VA and Jennifer Loy of Raleigh, NC; and sister, Leann (Mark) Hubbs of North Webster, IN.
