Matthew Scott Palmer, 53, of Paden City, WV died Thursday, March 25, 2021 in Genesis Center in New Martinsville, WV.

Scott was born December 27, 1967 in New Martinsville, WV; son of the late Hugh Jackson and Patricia June (Smith) Palmer.

He was a contractor in the housing manufacturing, a U.S. Army veteran, a graduate of Paden City High School Class of 1985 and loved listening to Country Music.

Surviving are three sons, Dusting Palmer, Zach Palmer and Jefferson Palmer; brother, Michael (Amy) Palmer of Paden City, WV; two sisters, Trish (Richard) Gore of Washington and Tina Palmer of Paden City, WV.

Burial in WV National Cemetery in Grafton, WV.
