Obituary for Janice W. Briner (White)
Janice W. Briner, 84, of New Martinsville, WV died Friday, July 23, 2021 while at the Sistersville Center.
Janice was born December 20, 1936 in Clairton, PA; daughter of the late Colvin and Ada (Rainbow) White.
She was a retired music teacher for Wetzel County Schools, member of the Moundsville Country Club, a huge Steeler fan, choir director for New Martinsville United Methodist Church and member of the New Martinsville United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Briner (1995).
Surviving are her two sons, David Briner and Clifford Briner, Jr. both of New Martinsville, WV; daughter, Stacy Goddard of Proctor, WV; brother, James White of Upper St. Clair, PA; five grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private burial services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery.
