Obituary for Helen Eileen Johnson (Workman)
Helen Eileen Johnson, 75, of Paden City, WV passed peacefully at her home on Monday, January 24, 2022.
Eileen was born April 27, 1946 in New Martinsville, WV, daughter of the late Roy and Leo (Dalrymple) Workman.
She was a caregiver for REM, previously had worked at Marble King, her pleasures in life were playing BINGO and following Facebook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Slick” Johnson and son, Timothy R. Johnson.
Surviving are her son, Charles R. Johnson of Paden City, WV; three daughters, Kimberley (John) Gellner of Paden City, WV, Tammy (Alby Moore) Johnson of Paden City, WV and Maggie (Thomas) Harton of Racine, OH; sister, Virginia Mylar of Colorado Springs, CO; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2022 with burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens.
