Obituary for Linda Kay Harris

Linda Kay Harris, 67, of Paden City, WV ended her battle with cancer peacefully at her home on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, while surrounded by her family.

Linda was born November 21, 1954 in Charleston, WV, daughter of the late John W. and Lahoma (Adkins) Robinson.

She was a retired service writer for the former Bill Forbes dealership, loved hunting deer, working with ceramics and riding four-wheelers and member of the Paden Fork Chapel Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Susan Tew; three brothers, Paul and Bill Robinson and Eugene “Cub” McKinney; father and mother-in-law, James and Blossom Harris; four brothers-in-law, Andy Harris, Dale Billiter, Keith Palmer and Phillip Scott.

Surviving are her husband of forty-seven years, Doug Harris; two sisters, Barb Palmer of New Martinsville, WV and Brenda Scott of Wauseon, OH; two sisters-in-law, Shirley Billiter and Corie (Roger) Clayton both of Paden City, WV; two brothers-in-law, Everret (Connie) Harris of Friendly, WV and Chris (Sharon) Harris of Sistersville, WV; best canine friend ever, Blackjack and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-7 p.m., Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, funeral service 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 1, 2022 with burial to follow in the Kendall Cemetery near Paden City.
