Obituary for Daniel Scott Fluharty
Daniel Scott Fluharty, 45, of Sardis, OH died peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 12, 2022 while surrounded by his family.
Daniel was born May 10, 1976 in Sistersville, WV son of Nancy (Broughman) Fluharty of New Martinsville, WV and the late Ray S. Fluharty.
He had been a DSP for REM and he enjoyed doing yard work, camping, watching the Dallas Cowboys and other sports and golfing.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his son, Jarod Fluharty of Graysville, OH; two daughters, Faith and Hope Fluharty of Sardis, OH; three brothers, Ray (Amy) Fluharty and Jason Fluharty both of Sistersville, WV and David Fluharty of New Martinsville, WV; his significant other, Janna Stone of Sardis, OH; two grandsons, Bradley Fluharty and Elijah Lawrence; special friends, Jenny (William Wason) Lawrence of Sardis, OH and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Palmer Cemetery near Proctor, WV.
